My family & I are flying all over the country this month for work and weddings, but last night was one of the only nights in September that we were actually home and cozy in our own house.  It felt so nice to actually cook instead of eating on the road!!  Dinner was a combination of wanting to celebrate the last days of summer, plus needing to use up all the bits & bobs in the fridge, plus finding a lovely flank steak in the freezer that I’d forgotten about!  I pulled all three grilling recipes off online blogs, so here they are:
