Becoming part of the Earth School Community means that we all agree to abide by the following commitments:

In choosing to join this container, you and I are making a sacred agreement. All information shared by participants within the community is to be held confidential, so that we can all be free to express through our own individual journeys into higher consciousness. 

The community standard guidelines of Earth School are as follows: 

• We are an open faith community. This means we hold the belief that there are many paths up the same mountain and that you are your own best guide. In joining this community, I acknowledge this foundational belief. 

• I agree to practice respectful patterns of communication. I might come across things that trigger me. It is MY responsibility to be responsive and mindful, rather than reactive or controlling.

• I recognize that this is an inclusive space. Diversity is what makes our entire bio-system thrive and therefore we find it is the best foundation for personal evolution, as well. 

• I agree to come with an open mind. I will practice approaching any difficult topics for me through curiosity and questions, instead of attacks or judgements. I agree not to police someone else’s path or tell them how to walk it. 

• All communications within the video content and community chat are confidential for those enrolled in Earth School, unless expressly agreed to in writing by all participants. Any violation of this agreement will result in removal from the community and potential legal repercussions. This agreement is intended to support the creation of a safe community space for purposes of transformational work. 

• Earth School is not intended as a replacement for therapy or professional medical advice. There are suggestions for facilitators for deeper support within the Library, or you’re welcome to inquire within the community for additional resources.

•  Earth School reserves the right to remove anyone who has engaged in an aggressive or threatening manner either in person, online or within the community. While we strongly believe in facilitating growth and redemption after a conflict or boundary violation, if you are removed or excluded for these reasons, we will ask that you source help through a therapist or anger management program for six months before attempting to return to the space.
