Since I’m headed off to Hawaii in a few weeks to film ‘Last Resort,’ I’ve been trying to force myself to get back into working out (with the possibility/certainty/threat of a bikini looming in my near future, I need to get my butt into gear)!! I’ve been hiking and taking yoga and pilates, but I’m thinking that what I really need to do is go back to Physique 57 for a dancer’s bootcamp-style workout. Last summer, I took a killer class there with a group of girlfriends and my post-baby body was crying & shaking in rebellion; but I felt like a million bucks the next day!Check out the video we shot for your viewing pleasure:
