She has joined the cast of the network’s new drama pilot Last Resort that also stars Andre Braugher!

Last Resort centers on the crew of the USS Nevada, a nuclear submarine, that becomes fugitives after disobeying a suspicious order. They land on the island of Sainte Marina, where they take over the NATO Listening Station and declare themselves an independent nuclear nation. Autumn will play Kylie, a charming lobbyist for her family’s weapons manufacturing company.

Only months after bringing baby Finn into this world, supermom Autumn Reeser was able to answer some questions in an interview with Emma Bing about being a new mother as well as some beauty tips. The questions ranged from how Autumn was able to stay in such great shape during her pregnancy to how to she thinks women can “get their sexy back” after giving birth. Here is a little preview of the interview!

What could you not live without while you were pregnant?
I loved Burt’s Bees Belly Butter. It smells natural and feels indulgently oily. I was also obsessed with watermelon and most fruit, which I’m sure helped keep my skin hydrated.

How did you stay in such great shape during your pregnancy?
Aww, thank you!  I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 17, and making time for prenatal yoga was a priority for me because it’s my primary stress-reliever. I went twice a week and hiked one day a week. Also, I planned to give birth naturally, and I used my workout sessions to work on my mindset and prepare for that experience.

Autumn and husband, Jesse Warren, welcome their newborn son, Finn, into the world!

Finneus James Warren was born on Tuesday, May 10th at 10:53am, weighing 6lb 11oz and being 20 inches long. Autumn delivered him naturally and without the use of drugs, with the midwives at UCLA.

Right away Jesse tweeted “Little ‘Finn’ was born into the world. =)”
