Autumn Reeser’s Best New-Mom and Beauty Tips
Only months after bringing baby Finn into this world, supermom Autumn Reeser was able to answer some questions in an interview with Emma Bing about being a new mother as well as some beauty tips. The questions ranged from how Autumn was able to stay in such great shape during her pregnancy to how to she thinks women can “get their sexy back” after giving birth. Here is a little preview of the interview!
What could you not live without while you were pregnant?
I loved Burt’s Bees Belly Butter. It smells natural and feels indulgently oily. I was also obsessed with watermelon and most fruit, which I’m sure helped keep my skin hydrated.
How did you stay in such great shape during your pregnancy?
Aww, thank you! I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 17, and making time for prenatal yoga was a priority for me because it’s my primary stress-reliever. I went twice a week and hiked one day a week. Also, I planned to give birth naturally, and I used my workout sessions to work on my mindset and prepare for that experience.

Radiant! Mom-to-be Autumn Reeser posed for photographers while cradling her gorgeous baby bump, while attending the world premiere of The Kennedy’s in Beverly Hills CA Monday night with husband Jesse Warren. The couple are just a few months away from welcoming their first child into the world!
